All the guys from the show have had positive results. Im really impressed with
the effort they have all put in. The results are as follows:
Lynsey = 7lb
Jack = 9lb
Tom = 2lb
27th January 2010
After all this snow we finally made it outside for our final session. We completed
a full hour run and both of us are looking to seeing the results tomorow!

Tonight we will do our first road run!
26th January 2010
A fast 10 minute run followed by interval training on the crosstrainer to start
with. We did a strong row and then lifted weights, focusing on the legs bums
and tums.
25th January 2010
Poorly Lynsey had a chesty cough but battled her way through the session. She
seems very determined and she told me that her diet has been really good throughout
the last week.
20th January 2010
Lynsey is back with me and is still complaining that she aches from our session
last week. This is the only time I saw her this week so we worked hard on boxing,
running, rowing and weights. Only 9 days until the weigh in, im sure she will
do well.
19th January 2010
Lynsey went to Vibrofit which involved her doing various exercises on a vibrating
plate. She said it was tough in places and loved the fact that the machine was
working her twice as hard as she was!
18th January 2010
Lynsey did a Spinning class which she was dreading as she hates cycling. It
was hard work and she felt good afterwards although her legs were like jelly
and had very bad saddle sore!
13th January 2010
Today's session we did lots of upper body weights. We targeted the arms, chest
and back and included exercises like tricep dips and incline chest press which
works 85% of the chest. Lynsey also had spells on the treadmill, cross trainer
and stepper.
12th January 2010
In this session we focused on Lynseys abs and legs. We started with a run which
was the best run that she had ever done, including last year. After this we
went on the smith machine and performed some big basic exercises like squats
and lunges. We also worked on some functional exercises to help tone up the
adductors and abductors. I bet she will ache tomorrow!
11th January 2010
Today's session we warm up on the rowing machine and worked very hard on the
treadmill. We did a lot of weight for lynseys upper body and again worked on
some boxing.
6th January 2010
Session called off due to snow.
5th January 2010
Today's session we focused on Lynseys cardiovascular fitness. We used the treadmill
as we couldn't get on the streets because of the snow and we worked on boxing.
4th January 2010
Lynseys first session - Due to the festive season, Lynseys fitness wasn't as
good as the end of last year but it is better then this time last year. With
a fresh start and a great attitude she worked really hard and has set a base
to build on.
