Ty Paul is offering Private Online Personal Training sessions which will enable you to stay fit, keep your immune system up, prevent muscle atrophy while training with absolutely no risk of infection. For some, staying home all day added with a lack of social interation is incredibly challenging. This could be your perfect opportunity to use you time to your advantage. Equipment isn't necessary but if you have any, we can definitely make use of it! Online Personal Training sessions are really user friendly and quick to set up. Ty caters for any age and fitness level and has 16 years of experience and a wide variety of 20 fitness qualifications. Your sessions are guaranteed be varied and challenging - keeping you motivated whilst you achieve results. If your are happy to travel, training at one of my private studio's, local parks or at the comfort of your own home is still available.

During his 15 years as one of Brighton's most qualified trainers Ty has inspired Sussex radio listeners to keep fit whilst working with Heart FM’s breakfast show, trained Premier League Brighton and Hove Albion football players, and is also the co-founder of the over 60's fitness class Young At Heart in affiliation with Age UK.
In addition to teaching circuit, tabata and boxing classes, Ty also offers one on one or couples training which can either focus on general fitness goals or more targeted fitness. For anyone who suffers from age or injury related ailments, Ty has extensive knowledge of targeted rehabilitation fitness and is able to create sessions that tackle problem areas to aid your recovery.
To achieve the best results it is neccesary to take your diet into consideration. Ty advises dietary changes to maximise your fitness goals. As part of your initial consultation, he will discuss your current diet and suggest the most beneficial and effective plan for you. Your results will be transferred directly to a mobile phone or tablet so you can access your results at any time. Using advanced BIA technology for precise measurement of health data, Ty will monitor your Weight, BMI, Body fat, Protein, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Fat-free Body Weight, Body water, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, BMR, Metabolic Age.
Forget the treadmill - train in natural surroundings around Brighton and Hove. Ty offers fun, exciting sessions at various locations including your local Hove parks, Devils Dyke or Brighton seafront. Breathe in the fresh Brighton sea air, and even get a tan (in summer) while boxing on the beach. He will provide equipment such as battleropes kettlebells, TRX, Vipr, dumbbells, boxing gloves etc and uses cutting edge training techniques to ensure you’ll achieve the best results!
Busy schedule - no time for the gym? Ty offers the convenience of personal training in the comfort of your own home. He creates bespoke training sessions using a variety of equipment. Ty will show you how to make the most out of your space at home, regardless of how big or small.
Why not train with a friend or group. This can be cost effective and you still get the 121 personal trainer touch. Train with Ty outdoors, in a private studio or on the Brighton or Hove seafront. One hour session £55.00 Block sessions available.
Prefer more privacy? Ty has access to state of the art private studios across Brighton and Hove at no extra charge. You do not need to worry about weather conditions nor anyone else watching you. Not only will you have complete privacy and undivided attention but also the ability to choose your own playlist to exercise to . Fully equipped with that more personal touch.
