Group Training

Welcome to the Ty Paul Fitness Group Personal Training page.

Every Wednesday at 6pm at Ty Paul Fitness Hove.

Group training is a motivational and affordable way to get results. It will add a little competition without losing the personal touch of personal training. Classes are 1 hour long and are designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to professional athletes.

Put you own group together or join one of our existing groups. Maximum 4 people per group which means we are able to tailor classes to individual needs and fully support each individual class member.

The Group Personal Training sessions are designed to help you improve your fitness, health, recovery rate, body tone and help you become stronger in ways that are challenging but sustainable.

Only £25 per person.
