My goal is to help every athlete reach their full potential using my proven methods and techniques to help improve performance, reduce the risk of injury and prolong your professional career. Helping you stay at the top of your game always.

Ty has worked with Premier League footballers such as Yves Bissouma, Marc Cucurella, Julio Enciso, Jeremy Sarmiento, Jurgan Locadia and Moises Caicedo. Dutch internationals Inessa Kaagman & Danique Kerkdijk. Tokyo Olympic silver medallists and Swedish internationals Emma Kullberg & Julia Zigiotti and also Brighton & Hove Albion’s Emily Simpkins and young player of the year Maya Le Tissier.
