I’m lucky enough to train with Ty twice a week and it makes such a difference to me physically and mentally. We focus on strength training as I’m in perimenopause and it feels good to be getting stronger in mid-life. Ty is not only super experienced and knowledgeable but his approach is positive and encouraging, helping you to achieve your goals in a supportive environment.
