Julio Enciso! Brighton & Hove Albion's latest signing from Paraguay.

Julio is the hottest young prospect in Paraguay and Brighton have been lucky enough to sign the 18 year old for 13 million pounds.

We are currently working on improving strength to help prepare him for the Premier League.
