Jurgan Locadia was the record signing for Premier League Brighton & Hove Albion costing 17 million pounds.

Jurgan came to see me 3 times a week mid season before making his move to Bundasliga side FC Bochum. We focused on strength training during his time with me in my private studio combined with fitness training everyday at the club.

Jurgan with the help of myself and his private chef managed to get his body fat down to 8% body fat. It was great to see him on the score sheet against Bayern Munich recently and completely deserves the accolades he is receiving.
