Profession – BBC and BT Sport TV Presenter

Kelly is a TV host specialising in sport events and reporting. Her main aims were to improve her core strength due to slipped disc in her lower back. Due to Kelly travelling around the country and living in London we did our sessions via zoom.

Virtual personal training really worked for Kelly as she could then fit it into her busy schedule. I continue to enjoy watching her on Fantasy Football show and look forward to her hosting games at the Women’s Euro 2022 England.
